We had an amazing stay at a hotel in this city. The staff recognized us after almost 10 years, showing their kindness. The rooms were clean and the food, especially the mutton Kerala fry and fish Kerala curry with basmati rice, was excellent. The hotel facilities and room service were top-notch. We found it to be great value for money compared to other hotels.

The hotel was located in a convenient area, near to the highway and not far from the US consulate. the room was clean and the bathroom was adequate. the service was not up to par, as the housekeeping was disorganized and the common areas were poorly lit. the breakfast was average, but the staff at reception was helpful.
The negative experience overshadowed the few positives.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location in the highway was very convenient for our travels. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The dining options were excellent, with a wide range of delicious dishes to choose from. The staff was always attentive and made sure we had a memorable dining experience. Additionally, the leisure facilities, including Wi-Fi and laundry services, were a great added convenience.

The hotel offered complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch. The central air conditioning was great for the hot weather outside. , the location on the highway made it easy to locate and accessible to transportation.
The common areas were old and poorly lit, which made for a scary atmosphere during the daytime. the housekeeping was not up to par and caused confusion.
